CHOCO - WAFER CRUST | |
30 chocolate wafers, finely crushed (about 1 1/2 c.) 1/4 c. sugar 6 measuring tbsp. butter, melted & cooled (room temperature) In small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs and sugar. Add butter; mix well. Pat firmly into 9 inch springform pan, covering bottom and 2 1/2 inches up sides. Set aside. |
