1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 pkg. corn bread mix

Brown beef. Stir in dry taco mix. Add tomatoes and corn. Bring to soft boil, stir frequently. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Carefully top with corn bread batter made from corn bread mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
