SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. rice
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. garlic juice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Combine ground beef, onion, salt, rice, eggs, garlic salt and garlic juice. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place on large jelly roll pan or two baking pans sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until done. Drain on paper towels. Combine tomato soup, water, vinegar, sugar, celery and green pepper in crock pot or Dutch oven. Add meatballs. Cook on low heat in crockpot for several hours or in Dutch oven for 2 hours on medium low. Serve hot as an hors doeuvre or over cooked rice for a meal.
