SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 c. grape jelly
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
12 oz. bottle chili sauce

Mix above ingredients together in a saucepan. 1 egg 1/2 c. chopped onion About 1/2 c. bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste

Enough for correct consistency to hold meatballs together, but not too dry.

Mix hamburger, egg, onion, bread crumbs and salt and pepper together. Form into small (about 1 inch) meatballs. Place RAW meatballs into jelly sauce. Cook for 10 minutes UNCOVERED, then cook for 20 minutes COVERED. Uncover, and cook for 5-10 minutes until sauce is thick, and meatballs are cooked.

NOTE: These meatballs are terrific when kept warm in a crock pot for quite a while.
