EILEEN'S SWEET AND SOUR
MEATBALLS
 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
4 eggs
Handful of fresh parsley
Salt, pepper, paprika, etc. (to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
Corn flake crumbs (to thicken)

SAUCE:

1 can cranberry sauce
1-2 cans tomato sauce (these can be adjusted to suit taste)

Mash cranberry sauce. Combine with tomato sauce and heat in microwave. Combine all ingredients in food processor (until liquified), except ground beef and corn flake crumbs. Add to ground beef; thicken with corn flake crumbs until can be shaped into meatballs.

Shape into meatballs in sauce; cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Baste and uncover for last 15 minutes.

Can also be used for stuffed grape leaves, peppers, or cabbage.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
