SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs, cubed or crumbled
2 eggs
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Cornstarch
Shortening

SAUCE:

3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into small balls. Roll in cornstarch. Brown evenly in shortening. Mix sauce ingredients together. Heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over meatballs.
