CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 bag fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 apple, peeled
1-2 oranges, sectioned and peel from 1 orange
1 c. walnuts
3/4 c. sugar

Use food processor doing small portions at a time. If too sweet add lemon. Best done 4 days to one week ahead of serving.
