CRAB APPETIZER 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat or 1/2 lb. imitation "Sea Legs"

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. mushrooms, slice & fry 2 minutes

Make white sauce, melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Add crabmeat, 1 cup Swiss cheese and mushrooms, heat in pan until cheese melts. Butter individual serving dishes or ceramic "shells" and fill with mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese and pat of butter. Heat approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
