CHOCOLATE CAFE AU LAIT 
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. German sweet chocolate, grated or 1/4 c.
2 c. hot brewed coffee

Beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. Fold in grated chocolate. Pour hot coffee (4 - 6 ounce servings). Spoon 1/4 of whipped cream mixture over coffee. Top with chocolate curls and serve at once.
