CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
Salt
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in heavy 2-quart saucepan sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter, and a sprinkle of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to a boil. (Mixture will be bubbling all over top.) Boil and stir 5 more minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels until melted. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Spread evenly in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into pieces.
