PEANUT BLONDIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) peanut butter baking chips

With electric mixer or food processor mixing blade, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy; blend in eggs and orange juice.

Mix together flour, soda and salt; add with oats and 1 cup chips to creamed mixture. Spread batter over bottom of greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup chips on top.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Cut into 36 bars; remove from pan with spatula. Makes 36 bars.

NOTE: This recipe may be baked in two 9-inch square pans, about 25 minutes.
