CHICKEN BUFFET STYLE 
8 chicken legs & thighs, 16 pieces
1/2 c. chopped green tomato, not ripe ones
1 (2") onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped cashews
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Crisco

Place chicken in large baking dish skin side up. Fry onion and tomatoes in Crisco 5 minutes. Add milk, salt and pepper also cashews. Stir well and spread over chicken. Sprinkle Wheat Germ over all and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven test for doneness, maybe bake more.
