1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring (or use dry Jello/Kool-Aid to color)

Combine all ingredinets in medium saucepan. Cook and stir until contents pull away from pan and forms a ball. Knead on floured surface until cooled. Store in tupperware snack cups with seals.

Divide and add coloring of choice, then knead until cool.
