BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (rolled fine)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp. white corn syrup

Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa. Add bourbon to corn syrup and mix with dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Keep cool until ready to serve. Let set for several days (if you can) !
