CHEESE ONION BAKE 
3 c. sliced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook onion and celery in salt water until tender; drain. Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup crumbs. Pour over onion mixture. Spread in casserole dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
