PARTY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pimento
2 c. heavy cream chipped
3/4 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved; chill until partially set. Soften cream cheese, stir in pimento, add to gelatin mixture and blend. Fold in whipped cream. Put into mold or bowl and chill.
