EASY & VERSATILE HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
dash salt and pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Brown ground beef in frying pan on low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for at least 30 minutes. This mixture can be served on hamburger buns or you can add cooked macaroni for a casserole or serve over cooked rice.
