HELGA'S CHICKEN SALAD 
6 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Mix together and garnish with fresh pineapple slices. Serves 10 to 12.
