DORIS MARQUARDT'S BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery
Salt
Red pepper

Combine and simmer 30 minutes. Very good over chicken pieces.
