PIG CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. juice from mandarin oranges
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except oranges and beat for 4 minutes. Add oranges and beat slowly, just until pieces are small. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until top springs back when pressed. Cool. Spread with topping.

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 container non-dairy whipped topping
Juice from 4 oz. can of crushed pineapple

Blend pudding and juice. Add powdered sugar and beat together for 4 minutes. Stir in whipped topping and drained pineapple until well mixed. Spread on cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve. So good - you make a pig of yourself eating it.
