BAKED EGGS 
Bacon
Eggs
Salt and pepper
Sour cream
Grated cheese (optional)

Decide how many eggs are needed. Fry bacon for number of eggs. Leave bacon slightly under cooked. Line muffin tins with 1 strip of bacon for each egg. Break egg in each muffin section. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and put a dab of sour cream on top of each egg and a sprinkle of cheese if desired. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Loosen with knife and lift eggs out and serve.
