CHICKEN BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese (soft)
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 to 14 oz. shredded chicken or tuna
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Then mix with fork and add onions and chicken. Mix thoroughly. Season to taste. Roll into ball and coat with pecans. Chill, then serve with crackers.
