CHICKEN CHEESE BALL 
2 cans white chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. onion
Salt to taste

May roll in nuts or parsley snips to make it pretty.

Roll cream cheese and chicken into a ball; let set in refrigerator overnight. Serve with Wheat Thins or some other salty crackers.

I used 2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese, 2 cans chicken, 7 (or more) small onions, salt, pepper and garlic to taste, chill and roll in pecans to cover the ball.
