PARSLEY TOMATO PORK | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean pork slices 3 tbsp. oil 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges 1/4 c. fresh parsley 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 tsp. garlic salt Brown pork in oil. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garbanzos, tomatoes, parsley and seasonings and stir. Cover and cook 15 minutes. |
