PORK CHOPS & TOMATO RICE | |
6 pork chops 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 can chicken broth 1 chopped onion 1 c. rice, dry Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian spices 2 zucchini, cut up (optional) Brown pork chops in a large fry pan, pour off any fat. Add the spaghetti sauce and chicken broth, onion, spices and rice. Bring to a boil; then lower heat and simmer about 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. If you are adding the zucchini, put it in during the last 10 minutes. |
