JEAN SMALLEY'S LIMA BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag dried limas
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage links (cut up)
Molasses (to taste)
Ketchup (to taste)
Durkee's red hot sauce (to taste)

Rinse and sort beans, soak overnight. Next day simmer beans, onions and sausage about 2 hours or until done. Drain and put into casserole dish with mustard, molasses, ketchup and red hot sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
