GALLEY THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 med. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can drained lima beans
1 (16 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cook sausage and onion in oil until lightly browned. Mix beans, tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Add to the cooked sausage. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
