CHIP CHICKEN SALAD 
2 lb. chicken breasts, cut up
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. minced green onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
Lettuce leaves
Melon wedges and strawberries

In bowl toss chicken, celery, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Before serving, mix in crushed chips. Serve salad on lettuce and garnish with melon wedges and strawberries.
