BOTERKOEK 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. butter
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg (save a bit of yolk)
1 c. sugar

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Soften butter and butter. Add egg and vanilla. Add sugar. Fold in flour. Grease a round 9 inch pan. Smooth in pan; brush with egg yolk. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
