9 oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix well and refrigerate.

CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
