1 c. cooking oil
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 oz. red cake coloring
2 sm. jars Gerbers plums (with tapioca)
2 c. cake flour (sifted)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs

Place all the above ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for approximately five minutes. Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts and bake in bundt pan or tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat together. Glaze while hot.
