CHEESE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 triangle Roquefort cheese or about 1/2 c. blue cheese
2 (3 oz.) cakes cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
Dash of cayenne or Tabasco
Dash of Worcestershire
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Mash cheeses together with a fork and add parsley, green onions and celery. Add cayenne and Worcestershire. Then stir in salt and pepper to taste and dash of horseradish. Blend with enough mayonnaise to moisten and hold together. Shape into long roll or ball on waxed paper and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.
