NO SHORTENING PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. all purpose flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45 or 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool completely before topping. |
