JONATHAN'S LEMONY CHICKEN 
6-10 chicken breasts, cooked and broken into bite-sized pieces
2 c. sour cream
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 sm. box Ritz crackers (Tuc's can substitute)
1 stick melted butter
Poppy seed to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a flat casserole dish place chicken pieces. Mix sour cream, soup and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Mix crumbled crackers and poppy seed and spread over cream mixture. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 325 degrees F until lightly browned.
