LEMONY CHICKEN BAKE 
4 pieces chicken, skinned
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. basil
8 Spanish olives, sliced

In shallow baking dish, place chicken. Sprinkle each side with garlic salt and paprika. Arrange chicken rib side up. In small dish, mix lemon juice, soy sauce and basil. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn chicken, baste and place olive slices on each piece, return to oven and continue baking for 30 more minutes.
