FANTASY FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 stick)
2/3 c. or 5 1/3 oz. can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces (2 cups)
1 jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, cool, cut in squares.
