SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1/4 lb. butter, cubed 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed 2 lbs. sm. curd cottage cheese 6 eggs 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (thaw and drain) 6 tbsp. flour Mix spinach, eggs and cottage cheese together. Fold in butter and cheese cubs. Add the 6 tablespoons of flour and mix well. Pour in a 9x13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
