SCALLOPED SALMON 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 sm. onion
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 (7 oz.) can salmon, reserve juice
Milk

Chop onion and saute in butter. Pour butter and onion over cracker crumbs and toss. Place half of mixture in bottom of pie pan. Drain juice from can of salmon and reserve. Spread salmon on top of crumbs. Pour last of crumbs on top. Add milk to reserved juice to equal 1 cup. Pour over mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
