TUNA FOLDOVERS 
Pastry using 1 cup flour. Roll into ball and chill 1 hour. Roll into 8 x 12 inch rectangle. Cut into 6-4 inch squares.

FILLING:

1 can tuna, drained
1 hard cooked egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 tbsp. undiluted mushroom soup
Pepper to taste

Combine filling ingredients. Spoon mixture onto each square. Fasten dough across center with toothpick. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve with sauce made of remaining mushroom soup, thinned. May substitute tomato soup for mushroom soup. Makes 4 servings.
