WILD RICE SALAD 
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drain
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 c. cashews
2 c. seedless grapes

Cook and cool wild rice. Cook and cool chicken. Mix rice, chicken and water chestnuts. Blend together mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Mix with rice and chicken. Add onions. Chill. Just before serving, stir in cashews and grapes.
