INSTANT EGGNOG 
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Nutmeg to suit taste

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the pudding mix, sugar, vanilla, milk and egg yolks. Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Chill thoroughly and add a dash of nutmeg.
