BEER BREAD 
3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar
Dash of Salt
1 can Beer (Bud Light works best)

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased and floured baking dish.

Bake 325°F for 50 minutes; check at 45 minutes.

When done, spread butter over bread and cover. Bread is best when eaten while still warm. It has a wonderful yeast taste.
