BEER BREAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
2 3/4 c. self-rising flour

Mix all together with electric mixer until well blended. Spoon into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 to 55 minutes. When cool, store in plastic bag.
