LARGE PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Heat milk and water from pumpkin pan. Set aside. Beat together sugar and eggs. Add hot milk, pumpkin, and spices. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until firm.
