PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin

Mix in order given. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce to 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
