CATFISH STEW 
6 lbs. catfish fillets, cut in chunks
2 c. bacon, crumbled
4 c. chopped onions
3 lbs. chopped potatoes
4 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 c. ketchup
2 c. water
1 tsp. thyme
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Heinz 57 sauce to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10.
