Combine dry cake mix, eggs and cherry pie filling in a bowl. Mix well by hand. Spread mixture in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Allow to cool.

Cake can be iced with chocolate icing, topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
