1 cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1/2 can pie filling (use 1/2 of can for topping), cherry, apple, strawberries

Grease and sugar cake pan (glass or microwave). Can use a casserole dish with a juice glass in center to make your cake pan.

Mix by hand. Do not mix with mixer. Bake 10-12 minutes on medium (roast) and 2-3 minutes on high. Let it set on flat table covered with paper towel for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add other 1/2 of pie filling just before cutting and serving.
