BRAICOLE 
GRAVY:

2 cans of "6 in 1" Brand tomatoes
1 can Hunts garlic salt, add little water
Fresh garlic
Onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
Dash of basil
Little sugar to taste
Dash of black pepper
Parmesan cheese to taste

Fry garlic and onion in olive oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes while preparing the steaks.

MINUTE STEAKS:

Bread crumbs
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Dash of parsley

This mixture should NOT be runny. Spread this mixture on one side of the steaks and roll the steaks up. Tie the steaks in several places to prevent them from opening. Place in gravy and let cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Most ingredients are added to taste in this recipe.)
