2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large electric fry pan. Set control dial at 280 degrees. Bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off fry pan, add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blend. Turn into a buttered 8" square pan. Cool before cutting into squares.
